Jessica brings over 20 years of clinical experience as a medical assistant to Peppermint Pediatrics. She spent the first twelve years of her career providing direct patient care in various primary and specialty care settings. Later, she transitioned to supporting clinicians behind the scenes by helping them use electronic medical records (EMR).

In addition to her work at Peppermint Pediatrics, Jessica leads the Customer Success Team at Canvas Medical, a full-service EMR provider. She has a deep passion for patient care and is excited to assist in providing an outstanding experience to the families at Peppermint Pediatrics.

In her free time, Jessica enjoys traveling with her family, catching up on the latest Netflix series, and spending time with her pets: a black lab named Willow, a corgi named Daisy, and cats Loki and Athena.
